In this document "we" refers to Suretec Systems Ltd., 24 Cormack Park, Rothienorman, Inverurie, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, UK, AB51 8GL and "you" refers to the customer.
If our invoices are not paid within 7 days, we reserve the right to charge interest at 3% above the Royal Bank of Scotland's base rate. We may also suspend service by giving 10 days' written notice to the last known address.
You may cancel the service at any time by giving us 30 days' notice. No refunds will be given in respect of any advanced payments that you may have made.
If you are in the United Kingdom you must add 20 percent VAT to all prices. In the rest of the European Union you must also add 20 percent VAT, unless you are VAT registered and quote your VAT number. Outside the European Union no VAT is payable.
If you have asked us to register a domain name on your behalf then the terms and conditions of the domain name registrar will also apply in addition to these terms. For standard customers our liability is limited to the annual fee paid for the product. If the service is being used for critical purposes then Service Level Agreements are available from us offering graded levels of compensation in the event of failure of the service. Under no circumstances will we have responsibility for any indirect or consequential loss or damages.
You must follow the guidance set out in our Usage Policy while using our products and services.
We reserve the right to amend this agreement at any time by giving 30 days' notice to you. This notice will displayed on our News page. If you do not accept the changes you can stop using the service and request a refund of any fees paid for unused service on a pro rata basis.
These terms will be governed by Scots Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
